One last thought for the week - actually I hope I have many more thoughts, but this I wanted to share since I mentioned it last week.
There is an excellent tool that I'm using to track my weight loss, the food I eat and my exercise, as well. It allows me to totally customize a meal, then shows the exact calories, fat, carbs, and protein that the meal contains.
It also provides great reports so I can see where I'm progressing and where I need to work a little harder.
This planner/tracker is made by FitDay and comes in a free version, and a PC download version for $29.95. I use the PC version because it is more robust and I don't have to be connected to the internet to use. Check it out by clicking FitDay and check it out. You'll like it.
