9 lbs of Fat Loss in 31 Days!!

The Scale Tells the Tale.

At this first natural checkpoint - one month - I'm a little ahead of target, and on track to lose 22 lbs overall by Memorial Day which is two lbs over my goal.

So how do I know this is fat loss? I lost 5 lbs in 14 days prior to March 9th, the official start of the journey, and I'm sure that was mostly fluid loss which typically happens when you start eating consistently good food and your body adjusts. The last 9 lbs has been consistently coming off at a 2 lb a week clip, which is about the maximum fat loss a person can achieve.

The most satisfying reward of weight loss is watching the clothing sizes shrink. I have officially put away all size 38 pants and now am comfortably wearing 36's!

The good news is that I'm on track to reach my goal. The better news is that you can be too.

I've got a new challenge for you and it doesn't matter if you're 61, like me, or 21 or 81. This weekend, get out your bathing suit and put it on. Then take a picture of yourself in a mirror. If you're happy with what you see, then send that picture to all your friends (including me) and tell them you're READY FOR SUMMER! If you're not happy with what you see then Click Here!

I've been researching many weight loss programs over the years and have recently found a lifestyle program that will simply and in a common sense manner show you how to eat better, not just to lose weight which you will, but also to be healthier and able to live life to the fullest. You can click above to check it out or go to http://www.squidoo.com/mydietsolution where I wrote about this great program yesterday. See if it makes sense for you.

On Monday, I'm going to be integrating this program with what I'm currently doing and I believe it will enhance the results I'll get over the next 45 days until Memorial Day.

So, if the bathing suit idea motivates you please join me and we'll journey together!

In closing, I just want to say that I know many of you are in great shape and I applaud you for that, but I would suggest this new program, if implemented, will increase your physical wellness and that's the whole goal of this blog.

Have a wonderful holiday weekend,
